Shipping

Processing time:

In our efforts to be a sustainable company and avoid waste, we print your art prints and posters as soon as we receive you order.

We aim to ship all orders within 3-5 business days. Occasionally, with an influx of orders, processing can take 5-7 business days. Processing time is not included in shipping estimates.

Shipping estimates:

Standard shipping within the USA is usually 5 business days. Shipping times are given as estimates - sometimes there are delays in transit that are unfortunately out of our control.

Duties and taxes:

Orders shipping within the United states will not incur any additional duties, taxes, or fees.

The Printable Concept does not charge any applicable taxes or duties imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. Payment of duties and/or taxes are buyer responsibility; we unfortunately cannot control these fees.

Returns

Art Prints and all other printed goods

The Printable Concept is happy to offer full returns, less initial shipping fees.

Returns must be shipped within 10 days of delivery for a full refund; orders shipped within 30 days of delivery will be issued store credit. 

After 30 days of delivery, all orders are final sale. Purchases made with a discount beyond 5% are final sale.

Return shipping is buyer responsibility - please purchase a shipping label through your preferred carrier. If this is an International return, please ensure duties + import taxes are prepaid as any shipments bearing payment upon delivery will be refused. Kindly note that The Printable concept is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

All items must be returned in their original state with no signs of wear.

Printables / Digital Downloads

Kindly note that due to the nature of these products (digital downloads), we do not offer refunds. Unless there is a technical issue with a product, all sales are final. 

Returned to sender or refused parcels

Returned-to-sender or refused parcels will be issued store credit less initial & return shipping fees, given there was no error made on our end.

Order Cancellations

Given that we work to fulfill orders ASAP and print your product as soon as we receive your order, all orders are final (including pre-order). Please ensure you're confident in your purchase before submitting your order.
